I’m a growth and innovation strategist at PA Consulting, where I lead our global brand strategy practice, as well as our work across the sports, fitness, wellness and consumer health sectors.

My 30+ year career has been spent deep inside the global Innovation Economy, working with the world’s great companies and the startups disrupting them to create new products, brands, experiences, services, technologies, ideas and businesses.

My mission is to help leaders close the gap between where they are and where they want to be in business, career and life - turning the constant change and uncertainty of today’s Innovation Economy into opportunities for reinvention.

I’ve also coached hundreds (~1,000 at last count) of leaders through personal brand strategy and the transformation of their careers, and am currently writing a playbook that can help make it easier for millions more.
